Citrine Tablescapes LLC Policies

By placing a rental order with Citrine, you (“Renter”) agree to the following policies:

1. Rental Items & Services. Citrine agrees to provide the rental items and services listed in your order confirmation. These may include, but are not limited to, dinnerware, glassware, linens, and decor items (collectively, the “Inventory”).

2. Payment Terms. A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your rental. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled delivery date. By submitting payment, you authorize Citrine to charge the same card used for the deposit for the final balance, as well as any applicable damage, loss, or late return fees. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

3. Delivery & Pick-Up. Citrine will provide you with a scheduled delivery time. Delivery will take place within one hour before or after that time, unless otherwise arranged. If you are picking up your order, you must do so between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the pick-up date, and return the Inventory by 2:00 PM on the agreed return date. Late returns may result in additional fees. You may designate a third party to pick up or return your order, but they must provide your name, sign for the items, and assume full responsibility for them. Citrine is not liable for damages or issues arising from third-party pickup.

4. Care & Cleaning. Citrine provides a care sheet outlining how to handle and return Inventory. Do not wash or clean items unless instructed.
Many items are not dishwasher safe. Damage caused by improper cleaning or handling may result in additional charges.

5. Modifications & Cancellations. You may adjust your rental order up to 14 days prior to your event.

  • Cancellations or reductions made within 14 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations or reductions made within 7 days will be charged in full.

  • Reductions to your order are limited to 20% of the original total. Changes beyond this limit may incur a fee.

  • Additions must be made before your scheduled delivery date and are subject to availability.

6. Custom Orders & Quantity Commitment. For items that are specially ordered or sourced for your event (including custom dinnerware, linens, or décor), the quantities confirmed in your order are final. These items cannot be reduced once confirmed, as they are procured specifically for your rental and may not be eligible for return or reuse.

7. Substitutions. Citrine reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions or upgrades due to last-minute inventory changes. All substitutions will match or exceed the quality and style of the original item. We will notify you in advance when possible.

8. Responsibility & Damages. You are responsible for the Inventory from the time it is delivered or picked up until it is returned.

  • Do not alter, modify, or permanently change any rented items.

  • You are liable for any damage, loss, or breakage caused by you or your guests.

  • Missing or damaged items may be charged at up to 5x the rental price per item.

  • If items are not returned on time, the rental fee will continue to accrue until returned.

9. Liability & Use. Rented items are for the intended event only. Citrine is not responsible for injury or damages resulting from misuse of the Inventory. Citrine’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, or emergencies.

11. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes shall be resolved in Pennsylvania courts.

12. Acceptance of Terms. By placing an order and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You also authorize Citrine to charge the card used for the deposit for the final balance and any applicable fees.
